Tia Leaf Return & Refund Policy

Handcrafted Products
All Tia Leaf products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish may occur. These are part of the natural beauty and not considered defects.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Note: Holiday trays & sale items are not eligible for returns.

Used Items
Items showing obvious signs of use will not be accepted. If a used item is returned, you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a return label if your return is approved, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at thetialeaf@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
Email thetialeaf@gmail.com to begin the return process. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

If unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.
